1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns/refunds for the following reasons:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Missing items
- Product not as described
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Photos/videos of the issue must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal use items (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or special-order items
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds are issued as:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Refund to original payment method (based on eligibility)
Note: Refund may take 7–14 business days to reflect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged or incorrect → NiceDukaan pays return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind → customer pays return shipping.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or card account
- Contact your payment provider
- Email us at support@nicedukaan.com

- Order Number
- Full Name
- Explanation + photos/video of the issue
