I am not sure where they are supposed to set, but this is where i heard them best. I have 30/70 hearing. With music at max volume, my husband could not hear them at all from 3 ft away and it sounded like i was listening to quiet elevator music. I could only hear it at max (i am deaf. Yeah, i know). However, i am hoping to use them as a regular hearing amplifier, not so much for music. I have better earphones for music. So, i’ll see. I was still able to hear every other noise and my husband didn’t feel isolated. They were comfortable for the 2 hours that i wore them. The batteries seemed to be fine for the 2 hours.

I liked it a lot, it’s not loose at all, even though my ear is small, and it’s not hard; I found it flexible and soft. I haven’t tested the durability yet, I just started charging it today. When walking, the sound doesn’t get any quieter (and I thought it would). The quality of the sound is sometimes so-so, but I think that’s because it’s a stereo earphone and not an in-ear one like I’m used to. The delivery took longer than the estimated time.
