Even though the packaging is wrinkled, the massager works. My son has a decent weight, and the massage is more comfortable for him. I weigh 70 kg, my neck isn’t particularly thin or thick, honestly, the massage isn’t always comfortable; I lower it a bit below my neck, otherwise it feels like it’s suffocating :), it hurts for the child too, but for the older one it’s a delight.
